Akrapovic Bolt-On Series with Standard Mufflers have
an oval-shaped can with your choice of carbon-fiber or titanium outer sleeve.
The outlet cap, perforated inner sleeve and inlet cap are all made of titanium.
The joint of the inlet cap is milled on a state-of-the-art CNC machine and
connected by high-quality silicon-shielded tempered spring. To obtain minimum
size and weight with unmatched durability, the front rosettes are manufactured
on a CNC machine from a solid block of special aluminum alloy. This series
includes a lightweight, compact and high-temperature-resistant carbon-fiber
muffler clamp. Titanium bolts, with a special temperature-resistant sealant that
prevents unseating, take the place of standard bolts.
