This is a rough guide as to ascertaining what size you need in a motorcycle helmet.
I would suggest that you go to a local store and try a helmet on before ordering. Preferably one that is close to the one you are ordering. What I mean is if you are getting a half helmet or a full face helmet try on which ever you are considering.
