Metzeler Sportec M1 Supersport Value-Performance Rear Radial Tires are real world performance tires that are now available at an extremely competitive price. This is the second generation of Metzeler's steel belted radial tires. Metzeler uses Metzeler Advanced Winding (MAW) technology winds steel belts onto the tire with spacing that differs according to the demands placed on the tire; narrow and wide steel belt windings are placed where needed. This process of producing a motorcycle tire gives it outstanding directional stability and focuses the flexibility or rigidity of the tire where it is needed. Due to this cornering precision is greatly improved by the Sportec M-1. Stand up braking is minimized. State of the art carbon black Silica-Silane is used in the construction of these tires. This material allows for excellent tire adhesion and quick tire warm up. The M1 high performance tire has exceptional grip, precise well balanced handling and excellent wet weather characteristics.
