2004 road and track forks by ohlins are the latest in bolt on fork kits. Featuring 43mm upside down forks with inner steel legs and polished titanium nitride surfaces for minimal friction. Rebound, compression, damping and spring preload are fully adjustable on these forks. All adjustments can be made externally. New hydraulic damping system for improved performance and rider comfort. Top out springs for better hard acceleration out of corners. Low friction bushings for stability and smooth operation. All parts can be easily replaced if damaged. New spring guide systems for less internal friction and less debris in the fork oil. Forks come stock with 9.5N/mm fork springs; (additional fork springs, available seperately). 2004 road and track forks also feature all of ohlins racing kit upgrades (compression pistons, rebound pistons, piston rings, shims, one way valves and washers) already installed. Prepared to accept radial brake calipers. Fork kits include all necessary hardware and instruction for installation. Replacement for seal kist are available sold seperately.
