Pingel All Electric Shift Universal Kits are designed for tow purposes. One is to make shifting easy and the other is to increase performance due to a perfect shift every time. With a Pingel electric shift kit you can achieve lightning fast gear shifts at the push of a button. If you are having difficulties with a stiff clutch a electric shift kit can eliminate the need for up and down shifts. No more foot or clutch action is required for shifting once you have installed one of these kits on your sport bike or cruiser. OEM shifting ability is still retained after installation of one of these. The kit comes with a smaller more powerful shift cylinder. The only thing the clutch is still required for one you have one of these electric shift kits installed is for stopping and initial take off. This system uses a state of the art control module to send a signal from the dual handlebar control to the shift cylinder for full throttle clutch less up and down shifts. The Pingel kits include a stylish dual button shift control for up and down shifts, a chrome plated electronic shift cylinder, a ignition kill module and control module. the universal kits are also available with dual button handlebar control to fit a 1" or 7/8" diameter handlebars / clip-ons (installation may require the purchase of frame tube brackets for the shift cylinder mounting which are sold separately). Pingel products are made in the USA. Some Fabrication is required when using a universal kit.
