The Persian Emerson folder is a one of a kind tactical folder that was designed back when we were involved in the conflict in Bosnia. It has the graceful lines that you see in Persian knives and scimitars. It originally started off as a fixed blade knife that found its way in to a tactical folder. This is not a workhorse knife like some of the others. It has a delicate piercing points. However it is the kind of knife that you pull out on a dive that will get you lots of attention. the knife will cut with the best of em. It has great cutting ability. This is more of a specialized knife that once you put it in your hands you will immediately understand its mobility and function. The handle is made from Black G-10 epoxy / glass laminate. The liner is Aerospace grade Titanium. The overall length of the knife is 9.6 inches. Blade length is 4.10 inches. The blade has a Rockwell hardness of 57-59. The knife comes in a regular blade and in either a satin or black finish.
