Yoshimura was originally founded in 1954. The original company was founded in Japan by the founder Heido Yoshimura or "Pops" as he was known by many of his earliest customers. The company started as a small race shop that put out quality engines that soon had a cult like following amongst the race circuit. As the company grew Heido turned his attention on to the US market and founded Yoshimura R&D of America Inc. in the mid 70's. Once Yoshimura Exhaust systems and engines hit race circuits like Daytona and Loudon they quickly proved their worth by holding up to the punishment that those tracks could deal out while still delivering plenty of power. Ever since then Yoshimura has become a very sought after name when it comes to performance exhaust systems for bikes.

R-22 "Bling" Mufflers (Slip-On: GSX-R1000 05-06) are made of highly polished stainless steel. A touch of class is added by the trioval exhaust mufflers as well as adding ground clearance. All the fastener springs on this system have protective heat shielding displaying the Yosh logo. These mufflers are available in your choice of standard or a high exit muffler design.
Yoshimura R-55 Full Exhaust Systems are available for GSXR600 and 750 models. The newest design of these pipes features a low center of gravity design. Maximum performance gains are achieved due to the fact that this system uses mandrel bent piping thru out the system. The GP style muffler sleeve comes with a very distinctive look and the cone style end caps scream performance.
RS-1/RS-3 Race Mufflers (Bolt-On) are synonymous with the Yoshimura name. This system has been a proud member of the Yosh product line for years and has proven itself as one of their signature exhaust systems. Comes in a oval sleeve design which is available in stainless steel, titanium or carbon fiber. Installation is easy. This performance exhaust system will bolt right on in place of your stock system.
